EQS was established in 2014 by Neil & Cilla Hancock, Neil heading up the Commercial & Management of Projects and Cilla looking after Admin & Accounts
Neil can offer a phenomenal knowledge with exceptional eye for detail when it comes to all things Groundworks & Civil Engineering.
A Career that has spanned 25 years from site based undertakings to that of Commercial Manager/Director for several large Groundwork Contractors, Neil’s expertise in this area, along with a Trade Background ensures that here at EQS we drive Commercial Excellence from a practical perspective along with delivering results with a personal touch.

Whilst in the latter years Groundworks has prevailed as our Key Area, Neil’s experience has encompassed both Residential Construction including that of Listed Buildings along with Commercial Business Park Developments. We are 100% Independent so you can rest assured that all our advice will be impartial, totally confidential and in your best interests.
When not in front of a Laptop or Construction Drawing our passion is the Great Outdoors. Scotland provides us with a perfect playground to enjoy, Neil more often than not Cycling and Cilla walking our Dogs.
